First day of School 2011 - 4th Jan

Dearest students,

I hope you had a blasting holidays :D Time to check-in to school soon so here are some updates and administrative stuff you SHOULD read through before popping up on the first day.

Attire: If you have coloured/tinted hair for the holidays, please rectify. We should only see black hair. Boys, please get a proper haircut unless you do wish to have a free haircut, courtesy of Mr Bay. Girls, please ensure that hair is clipped and tied neatly and your skirt should be of acceptable length. We also need to see your socks (they are not THAT SHY, please show them to us). Please be in PROPER FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM. Boys please bring your tie, it's TUESDAY! (thanks to nameless for pointing this out!)
Please do remember to come early and scan your fingerprint on the biometric system. (I foresee a massive queue.)
Bring your thermometers with you always. There will be temperature taking in week 1, so before all thermometers go out of stock, if you do not have one, buy one.
Get ready the dates which you have been overseas during the holidays. We need to update your particulars and venues of travel (Do not 'errr...', 'eh...', 'I'm not sure..' when we come to you, unless you wish to sit on the parade square for the whole morning :( It will be freaking hot! 2e1 will be at the back of the parade square, come early to locate the exact location. )
Subjects which you will be having on your first day are: Contact Time, PE (no need for PE attire because the lesson will be cut short due to contact time. If you feel paranoid, you may just wish to pack the attire into your bag), MT, English, Sci (book B), Contact Time, Assembly. Please bring the neccessary books/materials.
FINISH YOUR HOMEWORK IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO!!!

Lastly, if you are quite free during this last week of holidays, perhaps you could come up with some class motto, classroom decoration design ideas or class-tee (if you want a new class tee) design :)
